Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@kamivaorganics.com so we can make it right.  Customers can contact us regarding orders placed within 14 days and we will works towards a resolution within 14 days of receiving an email.
